ETC are showing on Ideas in Team -Staff (Classic UI)

Issue/Introduction

• In Classic UI we have found ETCs on an idea and not sure how they were input since those fields are locked down
• In Classic we see them in the allocation field and again cannot remove them
• These hours are showing up on our Capacity/Demand reports as well as the resources timesheets (in the ETC column which is not editable)

• Remove Finish Date in Team to clear out the ETC for those resources
