Disabling the Send Feedback option

Issue/Introduction

To prevent end-user's from using the Send Feedback option, which creates support tickets on the Web Isolation gateway and sends notifications out via email.

End-users are able to do this from the Isolation context menu in their web browser.

Resolution

To disable the Send Feedback option,

1. Uncheck the Send feedback emails checkbox under System Configuration > Gateway Advanced Settings > Edit
   
   
   
   
2. Uncheck the feedback_settings.allow_send_feedback_without_email checkbox under System Configuration > Gateway Advanced Settings > Edit > Advanced > Internal Settings > EDIT... (shown at the bottom of the above screenshot)
   
   
   
   
3. Push Settings to the gateways
