Rally: Error "This page isn't responding" message every time logging into Rally 2 minutes after logging in

Issue/Introduction

Users are receiving a "This page isn't responding" message every time logging into Rally  2 minutes after logging in.   See the attached message with "This page isn't responding" (Sample Project > My Dashboard | Rally.   After receiving the message the screen freezes and client is unable to click on anything in Rally.

Cause

This issue happens when the user has a custom build/GitHub apps configured in the Dashboard.

Resolution

Remove the Custom build or Github apps from the dashboard, this will enhance the performance of the Rally dashboard page and it is always advised to use a custom page for any custom build apps in the Rally.
