Use the MTS version instead of the noMTS version of the SpectorSERVER binary file.

Here are the steps to switch the SpectorSERVER binary file:
1. Stop the SpectroSERVER application via SCP.
2. Rename the existing $SPECROOT/SS/SpectroSERVER.exe file to SpectroSERVER.exe.orig (for example)
3. Copy the $SPECROOT/SS/support/SpectroSERVER_mts.exe file to the $SPECROOT/SS/ directory.
4. Rename the $SPECROOT/SS/SpectroSERVER_mts.exe file to SpectroSERVER.exe.
5. Start the SpectroSERVER application via SCP.
