It's recommended to subscribe to the service status page to get updates regarding any planned or unplanned outages, and also be notified once the maintenance is completed / incident is resolved. You can also check the status of maintenance on this page using the steps at: Accessing Clarity SaaS Service Status Page
Also, note that this change may cause you to see an intermittent outage depending on the type of change, so even if the environment does appear to be back up, check the service status page to make sure the maintenance is completed, if you see the environment down again.
