Enable SSL using external signed certificate

Issue/Introduction

When trying to import an external SSL certificate into CA IM (Identity Manager) the Jboss application server throws and error:

 

WFLYDM0084: The alias specified 'appserver2' is not a Key, valid aliases are {deviam}"}}

 

Environment

Release : 14.4 GA On-Premis

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

The certificate private keys were imported into the application keystore and the issue was resolved.  IDM needs both public and private keys in the SSL Certificate.
