Compliance Event Manager (CEM) encounters a spinning condition logging back into the UI

Issue/Introduction

Trying to resolve the 'generate missing configuration files' message, the process just spins when logging back into the UI.

Environment

Component : CA COMPLIANCE EVENT MANAGER

Cause

The login.json file contained an erroneous Zowe Gateway section.

Resolution

Since ZOWE was never configured, removing the ZOWE GATEWAY section in the  login.json file corrected the spinning condition when logging into the CEM UI.
