"SPC-OCC-10243: the XML file: ehealth-config.xml was not found" every time they login after upgrade to 21.

Issue/Introduction

we upgraded from 10.4.3 to 21.2 yesterday.  now, every time we login we're greeted with the message:

SPC-OCC-10243: the XML file: ehealth-config.xml was not found

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component :

Cause

There was a custom ehealth menu in the $SPECROOT/custom/console/config directory that was referencing the ehealth-config.xml file. 

Resolution

The custom ehealth menus in the $SPECROOT/custom/console/config/custom-menu-config.xml file was removed and that resolved the issue after relaunching the client.
