We are encountering an issue where automatic incidents creation (on serviceNow) has stopped working.
The Incident's creation was working fine for past few days and after that it was stopped.

In this case, we propose to open an issue with ServiceNow support so that we get more details about the issue from the ServiceNow side as currently we are unable to get much details why it stopped working.
