Issue/Introduction

• We are upgrading Clarity and need to perform a loading/stress/performance test
• Can you assist with guidance on how to do it or address errors we are facing?

• Load/stress/performance tests in Clarity are not supported
• As such, Clarity Support cannot assist with guidance on conducting these sorts of performance tests
• Support also cannot assist with any errors or issues faced during load testing as this is out of scope of our support
• If a performance issue is faced in Clarity during a stress test the following is required before requesting Support assistance :
  • The architecture has to be revised to ensure appropriate sizing (by partners or Services architects) 
  • The same issue has to be recreated during an actual live environment with normal utilization as load tests many times put excessive stress to the system
