Randomly when users attempt to login using the client it will login and not load any of the app widgets/access pages etc. It wit son a blank screen. sometimes waiting a minute allows it to load. other times it just does not load.

Basically, the pam client opens, then explodes this browser into C:\CAPAMClient\temp\browsercore-69.0.3497.12.6.24.3\7zr.exe, then removes the 7zr.exe file. Since it cannot remove the file it fails to load.
The lock on the 7zr.exe is a temporary lock, we were able to manually delete it, but that did not allow the browser to finish loading.
What we need to do is to get the C:\CAPAMClient\temp\ directory added to the local antivirus exception list so that the antivirus does not lock the file for the scan.
