Issue/Introduction

 

The hold action for PTF SO13759 requires an IPL to activate all modules.

Since it's not easy to schedule IPL's in prod systems, what is the impact of applying the update to the runtime library and not IPLing?

There are several areas of CMGR that are impacted by the PTF which may result in functioning issues or failure if the IPL is not performed.
