Can GDGs be dynamically allocated if the GDG base is not present with Database Copies for IMS

Issue/Introduction

We are using dynamic allocation of image copies. We would like to be able to use GDGs even when the GDG base is not present. Can this be done?

No, the GDG base must be present in order to use GDGs.
