User unable to edit description in User Story - Some edit options in the Description field are grayed out

Issue/Introduction

I have a user that isn't able to edit description within a user story.  They can edit other fields.  They have editor rights. 

Resolution

1.  The issue is resolved by disabling the Work Soft extension from the Chrome browser.

2.  Also disabling the options below: 

• go to Developer Tools
• click the cog icon in the top right corner
• Select "Enable javascript source maps"
• Select "Enable CSS source maps"
