I’m trying to add a test account in Okta in order to test some features out and when logged in as Okta Admin I’m not able to. The error tells me "You do not have permission to perform the requested action." Do I need someone on your end to add test accounts which I can then use?
Release : GCP Clarity SSO
Component : PPMSEC
Navigate to Okta Groups under the Directory menu and add the user to the respective group.
The Admin has to assign to one of the groups Admin has access to.
Populate the user information for non-federated users.
If Admin starts typing “Clarity” in Groups field below, one would see the Okta User Group names like ClarityPPM.myorg.cppmXXXX.dev.
If the Admin does not see Okta User Group names, a permission setting change is required.
Please open a Clarity Support ticket and we will verify that the Okta Admin user has the Admin role to create the Okta user accounts.
Once permission has been granted to manage the Clarity Okta groups, the tenant administrator should navigate to https://login.broadcom.com and log in by using the account with -admin username and try again.
