Clarity Okta Admin unable to create user accounts

Issue/Introduction

I’m trying to add a test account in Okta in order to test some features out and when logged in as Okta Admin I’m not able to. The error tells me "You do not have permission to perform the requested action." Do I need someone on your end to add test accounts which I can then use?

Environment

Release : GCP Clarity 15.9.3

Component : PPMSEC

Resolution

Navigate to Groups under the Directory menu and add the user to the respective group. The Admin has to assign to one of the groups Admin has access to. If Admin starts typing “Clarity” in Groups name, one would see the Okta User Group names like ClarityPPM.myorg.cppmXXXX.dev. If the Admin does not see Okta User Group names a permission setting change is required. Please open a Clarity Support ticket and we will verify that the Okta Admin user has the Admin role to create the user accounts. Once this is complete please log in to https://avagoext.okta.com/login/default with your -admin username and try again.
