Some users may experience an issue with inline images not loading in rich text fields, or accessing attachments resulting in the following error:
The attachment cannot be accessed.
It may have been deleted by another user.
This can be caused when the user works in multiple workspaces and does not have a default project set. This can happen even if the user does not physically work in multiple workspaces, but has charts on their dashboard that reference data in other workspaces.
In order to resolve this, set a default project within the workspace where most work is being done. Use the following KB for instructions on setting a default project: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=47779
