RC 102 Starting Tomcat For Compliance Event Manager

Issue/Introduction

When Tomcat (CEMETOM) starts, return code 102 is received. The Tomcat output contains a trace record showing that the 878 was from the JVMLDM load module with the function identifier of libj9prt29.so. The trace is telling us that libj9prt29 tried requesting storage for a length of x'80000000' (2GB).

Resolution

Add the CEMETOM task to the IEFUSI exit to bypass the memory limit.
