CA Business Service Insight - all versions

Resolution

CA Business Service Insight,does not certify individual VM software.

We certify the operating system being run by that VM and do not require any special VM access.

Our installation guide lists minimum resource requirements as it relates to the OS.

Many customers choose to run CA Business Service Insight in a virtual environment and Broadcom will support an installation in this environment, but will not give recommendations related to managing or configuring the VM itself. All responsibility for managing the VMs and allocating resources to meet the requirements of  the install, as they relate to the specific OS and design, as well as any potential problems that might arise related to VM specifically are the responsibility of the customer.
