14.4 Startup Does not Upgrade Task Persistence DB correctly

Issue/Introduction

Receive the following error when we startup 14.4 IDM:

2021-07-16 09:45:54,937 ERROR [ims.tmt.CreateDatabaseSchema] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 117) Task Persistence database schema was not upgraded successfully.

This is a standalone version of IDM 14.4 Installed on a  new VM but was pointed to the same DB the old 12.6.8 IDM was pointing to.

In the lab we had to wipe the entire TP DB but in the higher states this is not a option.

Please advise as we cannot move to prod until this is resolved

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

The 14.4 taskpersistence upgrade is incremental only, and not cumulative.

Our engineering group has never tested an upgrade from 12.6.8 to 14.4
