Issue/Introduction

Invocation of the Database Management for Db2 for z/OS Post Install ssid0000 Compare Db2 Objects job fails with RC=16 on the execution
of PTLDRIVM for the DDLCOMP step stating:

RMA033E NO PRIMARY OR CREATED OBJECTS FOUND IN STRATEGY

Resolution

This problem is corrected by making certain the ssidDLIN member referenced in the DDLCOMP step is not empty. The cause of an empty ssidDLIN member
 will be due to the referenced DSNAMExx global PARMLIB member (found via the PTIPARM DD allocation) not having correct library allocations.
