 Can we use FDR defrag (FASTCPK) on VLS datasets?

Fast Dump Restore (FDR) automatic backup and recovery (FDR/ABR) and compactor (FDR/CPK) software cannot be used on VLS datasets.

FASTCPK can "defrag" or consolidate free space on a volume into as few as one or two contiguous areas, reducing the fragmentation index.
VLS does not have the problem that FASTCPK addresses.
