Web UI unresponsive after requesting a PCAP download from CMC

Issue/Introduction

In the web interface on the Central Manager, there are several places where you can download a PCAP of the traffic that has been captured on Security Analytics.  If these PCAP files are large, or there is a slow response from the server, the UI seems to be locked up while the PCAP is being requested and generated.  

Resolution

This is due to a session close issue where the session is hijacked by the browser for the PCAP request.  Until the PCAP has completed the download, you will not be able to do much in the browser.  A workaround is to open a new browser session using a private browsing window or incognito mode to continue working while the PCAP request is being processed and downloaded.

This should be fixed in Security Analytics version 8.2.4 or greater.
