Issue/Introduction

Installing SYSVIEW from an existing install on another system.  We adjusted the parameters in CNM4SCFG accordingly. 

Unable to get beyond the JES initialization ended:

Cause

Not transferring the files from one system to another in binary during deployment.

Resolution

When using another SYSVIEW installation, binary needs to be used during the FTP copy of the datasets to the new system.
