The instance added in iXp AdminTool is not showing up when iXp is launched

Issue/Introduction

We are in process of migrating all our non prod servers from On Premise to OCI. As part of the same we have installed iXp on one our non prod environment and added the instance by giving the database details and URL string. But when we tried to lauch iXp the instance is not showing up in iXp.

The database is built using cloud tooling on OCI. and the database is Oracle 19C.

Resolution

The issue is resolved when the customer added a user group to iXp.
