How to identify WSS Agent versions currently in use in environment

Issue/Introduction

Determine the versions of the WSS Agent (WSSA) that are currently in use in the environment.

How to export the WSS Agent versions report from Cloud SWG portal?

Resolution

This information can be found by: 

1. Login to the Cloud SWG portal
2. Select Reports from the left-hand menu
3. From Report Center, navigate to: User Behavior > Last Access

The Last Access report provides the list of current versions of the WSSA client deployed in your tenant.

You can export this report into a .CSV file (select the download button in the top-right corner).

Note: Duplicate entries for a particular device can be listed in this report and will be logged each time there is a new connection, network change, etc.

You can also view Agent information by navigating to: Connectivity > Agents. You can take actions on clients by clicking on Actions link in the right column (Block, Reconnect, Disable). However, that page does NOT provide an option to download the agent report.
