How to identify WSS Agent versions currently in use in environment

Issue/Introduction

Determine the versions of WSS Agent or Unified Agent that are currently in use in the environment.

Resolution

This information can be found by doing the following:

  1. Login to the WSS portal
  2. Select Reports from the left-hand menu
  3. From Report Center, navigate to User Behavior > Last Access.

It is possible to export this report into an CSV file that may make it easier to filter and pinpoint a specific agent version. 

This can be done by selecting the download button in the top right corner of the report.

As a disclaimer, it is likely that duplicate entries for a particular device will be found as a new entry will be logged each time there is a new connection, network change, etc.
