Clarity Upgrade to 15.9.3 fails with invalid Tomcat Home

Issue/Introduction

Upgrade failed while doing it from 15.9.1 to 15.9.3 

Install.logs read:

.(SetupUtil) Error: Invalid Tomcat home directory

..

(UnknownElement) Task “exec” finished with error.
/usr/local/clo/ven/configuration/clarity_15_9_3/temp/install-packages/15.9.3/install.xml:936: java.lang.IllegalThreadStateException
at org.apache.tools.ant.dispatch.DispatchUtils.execute(DispatchUtils.java:116)

Environment

Clarity 15.9.3

Cause

Problem with the Tomcat release used for the upgrade.

Resolution

Tomcat web server which was tested and shipped with Clarity 15.9.3 is Apache Tomcat 8.5.65. Updating Tomcat Home to the 8.5.65 and rerunning the Clarity 15.9.3 upgrade.
