Autosys client commands fails with error Time out waiting for response from Application Server

Issue/Introduction

Autosys client commands like jil, autorep, chk_auto_up -r 111 fails with below error:

$ chk_auto_up -r 111
______________________________________________________________________________

CAUAJM_E_10527 Timed out waiting for response from the CA WAAE Application Server: [hostname.company.com:9001]
CAUAJM_E_50033 Error initializing tx subsystem:  CAUAJM_E_10062 Failed to get initial configuration from CA WAAE Application Server(s).

Environment

 Workload Automation AE Client

Cause

In this case, the file cryptkey.txt under $AUTOUSER doesn't have the valid permissions.

Resolution

After provided the permission 644 to file cryptkey.txt under $AUTOUSER, client commands are working fine.
