We have setup an Alert in APM based on the ASM agent metric Uptime current average %. We also have an Alert setup on ASM side. We found that an alert from APM was triggered but an alert from ASM was not triggered.
Why it was the case , error was seen at ASM as well?

You can setup an alert on the APM side for any ASM metric that you want.
But on the ASM side, the email alerts are triggered only on confirmed errors.
