Export to CSV job not working for MUX Actual Transaction list

Issue/Introduction

Export to CSV job not working for Modern User Experience (UX) Actual Transaction list for records over 500. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Go to Modern UX > Project > Financials
2. Click Actual Transactions
3. Check that the list has over 500 records
4. Click the 'Export to CSV' button

Expected Results: The background job should export the records.

Actual Results: The background job (Export to CSV) fails and the notification shows the export failed.
