Installing the CA Unicenter Job Management Adapter for SAP and receiving Unable to load UCSAPI01.dll

Issue/Introduction

Trying to install the Unicenter Job Management Adapter for SAP 3.2 SP3 and I am getting the following error on install

 

Unable to load UCSAPI01.dll. The Unicenter Job Management Adapter for SAP installation is unable to continue. Installation aborted. 

Server OS: Windows 2016 64 Bit

Running install as a local administrator. 

 

Environment

Release : 3.2 SP3

Component : Unicenter Job Management Adapter for SAP

Resolution

Correctly running the install as the Administrator user. The SAP Adapter needs the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library (MSVCR71.DLL). Verify that the MSVCR71.DLL file is in the C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folders? If not, copy it from another machine and run the install again.
