Issue/Introduction

I would like to use the agent "coldstart" method to ensure there's no corruption in the agent database.  What is the best way to restart an agent cleanly, so it forgets about any past jobs it has/had? 

Environment

Workload Automation System Agent

Resolution

If you stop the agent, remove or rename the database directory and restart the agent it will re-create the database directory upon restart.

This is essentially a cold start.
