Issue/Introduction

ATS terminal signons fails with a DFHAC2002 causing  the CICS default userid to be used for security checks. 

PROTECTED attribute was recently added to the acids.

Please apply Top Secret fix LU00851 which can be downloaded from the Broadcom Support Portal.
