Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to implement 2FA for User Login in Clarity SSO on 15.8 and higher?

Resolution

• This would depend on the SSO provider are you using.
• This question can be answered by your SSO provider, Clarity does not care about 2FA and does not have any settings to configure it directly.
• Some providers will allow it on Clarity 15.8 as well.

• Also, keep in mind that we are supporting SSO via SAML 2.0 from 15.8.1 and most of the features added after 15.9. So if you would like to set up SSO provider with SAML I would recommend upgrading to 15.9.3. This is irregardless the 2FA as explained above.
