Dseries Installation failed with exit code 127

Issue/Introduction

During installation of CA WORKLOAD DE 12.3 we have the error below :

Installation Failed
-------------------

Failed to connect to 'dseries' database in PostgreSQL. Unrecoverable error !!
Aborting Server Installation as PostgreSQL failed to connect to  'dseries'
database. Failed due to error /opt/ESPDSeries/PostgreSQL/bin/createdb: error
while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file:
No such file or directory
 and /opt/ESPDSeries/PostgreSQL/bin/psql: error while loading shared
libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
with exit code 127. Click 'OK' to abort server install.

The library is in the path : /usr/lib64

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION DE (DSERIES)

OS: Linux

Resolution

- Install PostgreSQL externally before installing Dseries
