SSL certification is off in Postman.
If there are no active BlazeMeter incidents reported at the time of the error, then the issue is most likely a misconfigured proxy server in Postman or a network and/or proxy issue.

If there is a proxy between the system where Postman is being used to make the API call and a.blazemeter.com , then check the Postman Settings->Proxy configuration to make sure that the proxy is properly configured.
May need to engage the network and/or proxy administrators to determine what is blocking access to a.blazemeter.com from the system where Postman is issuing the API call if the proxy is correctly configured in Postman.
