"Remind All" Option on the Review & Approve Page sends reminders to only current page resources

Issue/Introduction

We want to send reminders to all open timesheets by clicking on the remind all on the review and approve page in Modern UX however, only current page resources are receiving the timesheet reminder.

This is working as design currently, reminders are limited to resources listed on the current page, For the next page resource click on the next page and hit remind all again.
