Issue/Introduction
The environment needs to have a mix of CICS regions with some regions enabled with ACF2/CICS interface and some regions disabled.

Resolution
To disable the ACF2/CICS interface temporarily, ACF2CICS privilege can be removed from the the CICS region logonid.
To disable the ACF2/CICS interface permanently, following steps need to be done:
1. Remove ACF2CICS privilege from region logonid
2. Remove (or comment) CAX1CICS from STEPLIB DD
3. Remove (or comment) CAX1RPL from DFHRPL DD
4. Remove reference to ACF2PARMS dataset
