Abend S0C3 adding LOGSTREAM to CA-LOGGER for TAMz

Issue/Introduction
After issuing command -
/F CALOGGER, ADD LOGDEVICE,LOGNAME=TAMZ_LOGSTREAM,DESCRIPTION=TAMZ_Logstream,LSNAME=HLQ.TAMZ.LOGSTRM,PROD=TAMZ
The command is successful, then CALOGGER takes a S0C3 Abend. After that any ELEVATIONS done by TAMz take 5 minutes for each command.
Issuing the P CALOGGER command stops CALOGGER task and the 5 minute command time. If CALOGGER is started cold and the command is run again same abend occurs.

Cause
A x’81C’ (see R15) is indicative of a SAF error on a write to a log stream.
Request your security team setup a SECTRACE, restart CALOGGER, then add the logstream to recreate the S0C3 abend.
The sectrace will identify the security violation.
Resolution
As per the information provided from the sectrace, permit the identified access, restart CALOGGER, and reissue the LOGGER ADD command.
