Endevor Webservices - CCI Error: RECEIVER NOT FOUND

Issue/Introduction

The Endevor Webservice started task is failing after the implementation of the BMC Automation tool BBIISS.  The Endevor Web Service Tomcat  STC log shows:

Resolution

If the BMC Automation tool called BBISS is in use, the following value is automatically added to the startup of the Endevor Webservice Started task: 

S WSEWSSTC,PARM='BC1PAPI0' BBISS

This may cause the spawned taks WSEWSSTC to fail when submitted.  To resolve the problem, break the startup completely from the BMC Automation tool BBISS.
