Smart/RRSAF messages RAI003E usage has expired on CPU and DCA115E passwords invalid

Issue/Introduction

The RAI Server responded with the following messages after activating new passwords:

RAI003E - SMART/RRSAF usage has expired on CPU nnnn using passwords xxxxxxx
DCA115E - Passwords for Smart/RRSAF Version 12.1.2 (A1) are invalid

Resolution

The error messages indicate invocation of Smart/RESTART Version 12.1 and Smart/RRSAF Version 12.1
thus the passwords required are for SRSC10 and DCAC10.

Verify the received license keys are for the correct versions of Smart/RESTART and Smart/RRSAF.

The /F RAI0,PASSWORD DISPLAY command can be used (where RAI0 is the RAI Server started task name)
to display active passwords and respective versions.
