Harvest users are not receiving e-mails for all the package promotion we do. But I can see the list of users mentioned in the tool for receiving mails through HSMTP. This is happening only after the recent migration of the Harvest tool. Do we need to check for any file in the home directory for the mail process ?

Used the "hsmtp" command line utility to troubleshoot the email functionality. Found that port 25 was not open in the firewall. Opening the port resolved the problem.
