Issue/Introduction

We need to set up testing of changes to an user exit and need to know if any parms need to be
modified for the changes to go into effect.

 After a TRACXnn user is reassembled and linked, to pick up the changes, issue the following Jobtrac command:    

         
 F JOBTRAC,BACK 

This will back out Jobtrac internals and stop the started task.  Once Jobtrac is restarted the changes to the exit will be in place.
