Issue/Introduction

You are upgrading the Broadcom support portal account from Basic user to Enterprise user and getting an Error: Registration / Activation is not completed successfully. Please contact customer care

Resolution

Follow the below steps and complete the upgrade process to become an Enterprise user

Step 1: Log in to https://support.broadcom.com/

Step 2: Click on 'Semiconductor' tile

Step 3: Click on the 'Product Downloads'

Step 4: It will redirect to a new page after checking the available capability with the message:

"Please Click Here to upgrade to Enterprise User. "
Upon clicking the link it will take you to the "upgrade page" where necessary details have to be provided and request submitted.
 
 
Step 5: After the upgrade is successful, Navigate back to desired support division.
