We got 4 false alerts that were generated from AIOPS Operational Intelligence though there were no failures on the APM side at that time period. The 4 service tickets that were created without any failures. This is leading to false information.

There were alerts that came from the APM which cause the alarms and service tickets to be generated. On the APM side and we do finds few legitimate alerts being created as the metric value was zero.
When looking at the OI alarms and APM alerts, please note the following:
The APM UI shows browser local time zone. However alarm in index is in UTC time zone. That’s why you may see the differences in the timestamp values of the alarms in OI and alerts in APM UI.
