Is there a way to filter out Management agent lost alarms to SOI.
They are seeing a flood of management agent lost alarms in Spectrum and that's causing performance issues with SOI.

There can be two options.
1. Update the Spectrum Connector Policy( this option is out of support scope but the following doc has information)
2. You can deploy an Exclude event enrichment policy to either connector or to MTC connector(running on SOI Manager).
