Issue/Introduction

We are using OI SAAS environment.

In Dx Dashboard, when we click on "PDF" icon to generate a report, the report displays only 5 entries in total, but in the dashboard lists ~20 entries

Resolution

In the PDF report, the data that is visible within the viewport is captured. In your use case also we have legends that have a scroll and are out of the viewport, so only 5 entries are visible in the PDF report which is expected and not a defect.

 

We have the following suggested solutions to solve your use case:

 

1. We recommend using legends to the right where most of the entries will be covered in the viewport and the same will be visible in the PDF report.

 

2. Have another panel using table visualization displaying reduced values like Average/Max/Min/Last where you can export CSV by using the download icon on top of the table and in CSV you can see all the entries. Also, you can schedule a PDF report with the CSV as an attachment for your table visualization panel.

 

Depict your graph panel to the table(where you can see the reduced values and download CSV by clicking on the icon highlighted):
