Trying to Reset an Endevor package and getting "Invalid Selection" error

Issue/Introduction

After transitioning a number of the ESI dataset rules experiencing an issue when the new group attempts to RESET a package. 

User received an 'invalid selection' when attempting a RESET of a package.

Environment

Release : 18.0  18.1

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

Once an Endevor package is Cast, only Approvers for the package can act on the package. 

Verify that the user is an Approver for the package.
