Not able to see perform action button in action tab of Service catalog.

Issue/Introduction

Users are not seeing the option to perform the approval/fulfillment action in the "Actions" dropdown of CA Service Catalog - why?

Environment

Release : 17.2

Component : SDM - Catalog

Resolution

The Pending My Action screen, the Search Requests screen and the Request Detail screen, all show the option to "perform action" (approve / fulfill, depending on context). However, from My Open Requests we do not see it.

This is expected behaviour on the product - the actions are presented on the "Pending my Action" page but not on the view of "My Open Requests" as that's the view as the requestor, not the approver.
