Error: "Could not access server" with status_check command

Issue/Introduction

The status_check command in the command line interface (CLI) of Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) returns the message "Could not access ... server " for all https only connections.

Cause

SSLV is interfering with communication between EDR and Symantec servers

Resolution

Bypass EDR communication on SSLV product
