Discovery agent and java probes keep crashing on hub server

Issue/Introduction

Rolled out a new hub but the discovery agent probe keeps crashing with below error:

Aug 24 10:00:42:189 [4980] Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'discovery_agent' (command = <startup java>) 

Also other java probes like prediction_engine and snmpcollector do not show ports or PID on this hub

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - HUB

Resolution

In hub server the robot.cfg was configured with below custom keys to change the hub robot default ports

controller_port = 481xx
spooler_port = 481xx

Changing non default port on hub robot is not a supported configuration for controller and spooler

After removing the above keys the java probes on the hub server started correctly
